Confusion about launches
Just to clear things up: when the 3SkypePhone launched for sale yesterday, it only launched for sale online. This is so we can try to ensure that preregistrees get their very lucky paws on the phone first before people who just walk into a store. At this point I'm not sure of when they will start trickling in store, but from the response we have gotten so far.. best be quick and start clicking :)

The only thing that creates confusion is this blog entry!
I visited a few 3 stores across town today in hope of coming home with a new black Skypephone.
It turns out I can have everything but!
Two stores were sold out
Another had only blue phones
Another had only pink phones
And another tried to sell me a Nokia N95, and whack on a $40 X-Series plan to get 4000 Skype minutes.
All in all disappointing. I convinced one of the kids who works at the Three store to get off MySpace and take my number down to let me know when the black phones come in.
Sort yourself out Three.
